This approach allows us to keep our products affordable while reaching customers wherever they are. This Shipping Policy describes how THE LAMPSTANDS (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles order processing, shipping, and delivery. Please read carefully before placing an order.

Processing Time

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email (receipt) right away.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipping. When your order ships, you’ll receive another email containing your tracking information.

Shipping Rate and Estimated Delivery Times

We currently ship to Canada and the United States.

Canada

- Flat rate shipping: $10 CAD

- Free shipping on orders over $75 CAD

- Orders are shipped with tracked shipping, and delivery typically takes 2–6 business days depending on your location.

United States
- Flat rate shipping: $25 CAD

- Free shipping on orders over $75 CAD

-U.S. orders are shipped with tracked shipping, with delivery typically taking 4–8 business days.

NOTE: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.

Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties or local taxes determined by your country’s import regulations. These are the responsibility of the recipient and not included in your order total.

When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please note that updates may take a few days to appear as your package moves through carrier networks.
