At THE LAMPSTANDS, we partner with trusted fulfillment centers around the world to deliver your jewelry safely and efficiently. This approach allows us to keep our products affordable while reaching customers wherever they are. This Shipping Policy describes how THE LAMPSTANDS (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles order processing, shipping, and delivery. Please read carefully before placing an order.

Processing Time

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email (receipt) right away.

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days before shipping. When your order ships, you’ll receive another email containing your tracking information.

Shipping Rate and Estimated Delivery Times

We charge $8.00 CDN shipping cost per order. Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days. (We’d love to offer free shipping, but due to recent tariffs affecting shipments, this rate helps cover added customs and carrier costs.)
Please note: delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery times may occasionally be longer due to customs processing or seasonal demand.

Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties or local taxes determined by your country’s import regulations. These are the responsibility of the recipient and not included in your order total.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please note that updates may take a few days to appear as your package moves through carrier networks.
