Does the jewelry tarnish?

Most of our jewelry is tarnish-resistant and designed to maintain its radiant shine with proper care. While our pieces can be worn in water, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture to help preserve their original brilliance. In rare cases, slight tarnishing or skin discoloration may occur due to an individual’s body pH levels—a natural reaction that can happen with any type of plated or gold-filled jewelry. If you have a higher skin acidity or experience this sensitivity, we suggest exploring solid gold jewelry for long-lasting wear.

How do I care for and clean my jewelry?

We love what we call the “clean and store” rhythm—after each wear, gently wipe your piece and tuck it away in an airtight space. This small act of care keeps your jewelry radiant for years to come. A little tip: While velvet pouches may look beautiful, they aren’t ideal for gold-plated pieces.

How do you select your jewelry?

Each piece in our collection is carefully chosen with quality, beauty, and integrity in mind. I work with trusted suppliers and take time to research their materials and ethical practices to ensure every item meets our standards. I also personally own and wear most of the jewelry we sell — because if I wouldn’t wear it myself, I wouldn’t offer it to you.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change or cancel, contact us at info@thelampstands.ca.  within 24 hours. After that, we may not be able to make changes.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and PayPal to ensure a convenient and safe shopping experience.

Can I order if I am outside of Canada?

Yes, we offer international shipping to many countries. Shipping rates and times may vary depending on your location.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and a link to track your package via email. Enter the tracking number to see the real-time status of your shipment.

What is your return policy?

Your happiness is our priority, and we want you to cherish your jewelry. We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. In the rare event that an issue arises, we handle refunds or replacements in a case by case basis.

What if I receive a damaged or defective item?

We're here to make sure you love every piece you receive. If your product arrives damaged, send us an email and we will do our best to help you out. Please send us a picture of the damage with your order number to the following email address: info@thelampstands.ca.
