return and refund policy

All sales are final; however, refunds or replacements may be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged upon delivery, or incorrect.

  • Immediate proof of damage is provided.

  • Return are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at info@thelampstands.ca with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

  • Photo evidence of the product being defective or damaged

  • Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your return.

Refunds Process

  • Refunds are issued once your return is received and inspected.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

  • Refunds are credited back to your original payment method.

  • Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size (ring)/colour (silver, gold, rose gold). To request an exchange, please contact us at info@thelampstands.ca.

Shipping Costs

We cover the return shipping for items eligible and approved for return.
